四．參考配方

印刷流程：

1.用防升華打底漿第一次刮印2刀（閃烘7秒）第二次刮2刀（閃烘7秒）

2.6200高彈力漿白蓋面，第一次刮印2刀（閃烘7秒），第二次刮印2刀（閃烘7秒）第三次刮印2刀（閃烘7秒）

建議水洗：溫度40℃~60℃

屬于納米級超細膩打底漿，能使表面蓋面更平整，不留紗眼。

五、注意事項：

1、自然干燥時間與氣溫和空氣濕度有關。

2、由于印花面料的多樣化，在特殊針織布上印花時先做小樣實驗確定以后方可批量生產。未確定情況使用或操作不當引起的質量問題本公司概不負責

3、貯存條件：易貯存密閉容器內應避免在低溫0℃之下和高溫40℃之上。并請在12個月內使用。
