砂溫調節器

用途　Use：

主要用于自硬砂的溫度調節。

It is mainly used for temperature adjustment of self hardening sand.

特點　Characteristic：

● 砂子入口與散熱管之間設有篩網，防止雜物進入熱交換器。

A sieve net is arranged between the sａnd inlet and the radiating tube to prevent sundries from entering the heat exchanger.

● 采用錯排散熱管的熱交換形式，使砂子在曲折的下行過程中不斷改變位置，保證砂子充分散熱。

The heat exchange from of staggered heat pipe is adopted to make the sａnd change its position continuously in the course of zigzag downstream, so that the sａnd can be fully dissipated.

● 設計較慢的下行速度，砂子自上而下緩慢移動，不但有利于熱交換，而且對散熱磨損小，延長使用壽命。The design of a slower downward speed, sａnd moving slowly from. up to. down, not only conducive to heat exchange, but also to reduce heat dissipation wear and prolong service life.

● 采用逆流式的熱交換形式，水流方向為下進上出，與砂流方向相反。

In the form of countercurrent heat exchange, the direction of flow is downward and upward, which is opposite to the direction of sａnd flow.

● 散熱管帶高頻連續環焊翅片，熱交換面積大，熱傳導效果好。The radiating tube has high frequency continuous ring welding fins, and the heat exchange area is large, and the heat conduction effect is good.

● 配置溫控系統全自動操作，當出砂溫度超過設定溫度時，自動關閉出砂閘門，并啟動水循環系統。Configuration temperature control system fully automatic operation, when the sａnd temperature exceeds the set temperature, automatically close the sａnd gate, and start the water circulation system.

● 配有料位檢測控制裝置，保持砂溫調節器內部的熱交換器始終被砂子埋住。

Equipped with material level detection and control device to keep the heat exchanger inside the sａnd temperature regulator always buried by sand.
